Easy Gluten Free Brocolli Cheese Soup Recipe

Here is an easy broccoli cheese soup recipe that can be ready in minutes. It is low carb and gluten free.


  • 4 cups Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese (pre-shredded )
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 1/2 cups Chicken broth (or vegetable broth)


Step 1

Using medium heat, saute garlic for a minute in a large pot.

Step 2

Then add the heavy cream, chopped broccoli and broth. Increase the heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer mix for 15-20 minutes. See to it that broccoli is tender.

Step 3

Next is mix the shredded cheddar cheese while stirring. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted.

Step 4

Serve immediately. Top with croutons if you want.
