Ingredients

  • 2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can of drained kernel corn
  • 1 jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 can of black beans - drained

Method

Step 1

Place beans, corn and 1/2 the salsa in your slow cooker. Mix well.

Step 2

Add boneless skinless chicken breasts and cover with remaining salsa.

Step 3

Cover chicken with remaining salsa.

Step 4

Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
