One of the best uses for a George Foreman Grill is to make delicious boneless, skinless chicken breast.

With a just a few simple and basic steps you can make a healthy, juicy, and tasty chicken breast that is perfect for any meal, sandwich or salad.

The key to making outstanding chicken breast on a Foreman Grill is to make sure the meat is thin and even in size.

Use a meat pounding mallet and pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch or less. This is essential and assures even grilling.

Also make sure you start with a hot grill. If you put the chicken on the grill before it is heated up it will never cook right. S

o be sure to preheat your Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes, with the lid CLOSED before placing the chicken on the grill.
