One of the best uses for a George Foreman Grill is to make delicious boneless, skinless chicken breast.

With a just a few simple and basic steps you can make a healthy, juicy, and tasty chicken breast that is perfect for any meal, sandwich or salad.

According to GrillFAQ, the key to making outstanding chicken breast on a Foreman Grill is to make sure the meat is thin and even in size.

Use a meat pounding mallet and pound the chicken to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch or less. This is essential and assures even grilling.

Also make sure you start with a hot grill. If you put the chicken on the grill before it is heated up it will never cook right. S

o be sure to preheat your Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes, with the lid CLOSED before placing the chicken on the grill.

This is a very versatile recipe which can be used in salads, sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas and more!


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2" thick
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Step 1

Preheat your electric grill for at least 5 minutes with the lid closed.

Step 2

Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet to 1/2 thickness and lightly coat with olive oil.

Step 3

Sprinkle on salt and pepper and place on grill. Close lid and let grill 3-6 minutes. Start to check for doneness after 3 minutes. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
