Use Full-Sized Carrots

You can also make them with full-sized carrots, too. Just peel the carrots and chop them into 1-inch pieces. That takes more time, but it will still taste just as good.

Serve With Your Favorite Entree

Honestly, just about anything! However, we do love serving them with:

  • Steak (especially a nice, tender cut like filet mignon)
  • Pork chops (be sure to check out some of our pork recipes!)
  • Shepherd’s pie
  • Meatloaf
  • Turkey

How To Store Leftovers

Leftover glazed baby carrots can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator.

How To Reheat Leftovers

These carrots microwave pretty well, so we suggest microwaving them until steaming hot. You can also reheat them on the stove top by mixing in 2 tbsp of water and an extra tablespoon of brown sugar, and an extra tablespoon of honey and mixing until steaming.

  1. You can also remove the honey and use pure maple syrup from Canada if you wish (best maple you can get), however maple has a more potent taste to honey, so only 1 tablespoon, 2 if you love maple syrup 🙂
