Make delicious pork chops on your George Foreman Grill
Here’s an amazingly quick, easy and delicious recipe for pork chops you make right on your George Foreman Grill. They cook in just minutes and require very minimal preparation.
Pork chops are a wonderful cut of meat to make. They are very versatile and are naturally full of flavor.
There are so many ways to cook pork chops and one of the absolute easy ways is on a George Foreman
Grill or any other indoor electric contact grill. The meat grills perfectly on both sides at once and requires very little expertise to make a restaurant quality grilled pork chop.
This recipe uses just a little soy sauce and brown sugar to create the prefect marinade/rub for the pork chops.
Just the right amount of salty and sweet and you make the most unbelievable pork chops and you will NOT believe how easy it really is.
One of the keys to successfully cooking on a George Foreman Grill is to make sure the grill heats up to maximum temperature first and ALWAYS do this with the lid closed.
An excellent easy pork chop for two.
- 2 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Preheat your George Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed.
Use a paper plate and and pour the 1 teaspoon of soy sauce on the plate. Dip the pork chops in the soy sauce on the plat. Make sure to get both sides wet.
Now take the brown sugar and rub it into both sides of each pork chop.
Place pork chops on heated grill and close the lid.
Cooking time is only 4-6 minutes but check after 4 minutes for doneness. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer should be 145 degrees F.
