Easy Homemade Funnel Cakes

Tastes just like your favorite food from the fair!


Strawberries Granulated sugar Vegetable oil All-purpose flour Baking powder Ground cinnamon and nutmeg

Salt Milk Eggs Vanilla extract Ice cream Confectioners’ sugar

1. Make the strawberry topping in a saucepan. 

2. Make the funnel cake batter. 

3. Place batter in a squeeze bottle. 

In a circular motion, squeeze batter from the bottle into the heated oil. Fry on both sides for about 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

4. Top with strawberroies and ice cream
