Easy Mason Jar Salads

Easy way to pack a lunch or plan your weekly meal prep.

Ingredients 

Extra virgin olive oil Dijon mustard Lemon Spinach Orange bell pepper Carrots Canned chick peas Canned corn Fried onions

Place dressing on the bottom and layer toppings. 

Add your favorite salad toppings to the jar and store in the fridge. 

When you're ready to eat, just empty it onto a plate. YUM!
