Fresh Raspberry Lemon Tarts Recipe

Serve these fruity mini tarts at a bridal shower, brunch or just because! 

You can use fresh raspberries or frozen ones - they taste amazing both ways!

1. Pre-bake the mini tart shells. While they bake, start mixing the batter. 

2. Mix together condensed milk, lemon juice, and sour cream.

3. Fill shells with lemon mixture. Bake for 7 minutes.  Top with raspberries!
