No-Bake Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: Egg Yolks Sugar Heavy Cream Bittersweet Chocolate Vanilla Extract

1. Melt egg yolks, sugar, and heavy cream in a sauce pan.

2. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer.

3. Keep mixing until mousse is light and fluffy. Chill until ready to serve.
