Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2, 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  • Use a non-stick skillet and melt butter over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 3 minutes or until carmelized.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and sear both sides in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add tomato sauce and oregano over pork chops. Keep on high heat until sauce begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low, cover pan and let pork chops simmer for 12-15 minutes.
