Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your George Foreman Grill for 5-10 minutes on HIGH with the lid closed.
  • Pour the soy sauce into a shallow bowl. Dip the pork chops in the soy sauce. Make sure to get both sides wet.
  • Now take the brown sugar and rub it into both sides of each pork chop.
  • Place pork chops on the heated grill and close the lid.
  • Cooking time is only 4-6 minutes but check after 4 minutes for doneness. Internal temperature on an instant read thermometer should be 145 degrees F.
