Almond Milk Smoothie Cubes are the perfect starter for a healthy and fruity breakfast smoothie.

- 3 cups Unsweetened almond milk
Open your milk and slowly pour into a clean ice cube tray until all the empty cubes are full but not overflowing.
Place your tray in the freezer for about 4 hours or until solid.
Grab each end of the tray and twist to remove all your Almond Milk Smoothie Cubes.
Place about 7 cubes in the bottom of a blender with your favorite protein powder, some fresh berries and a handful of spinach.
