  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 16 oz. mason jar
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 2 slices brown bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • Fresh ground pepper optional

Instructions

  • Begin by spraying the basket of your air fryer with cooking oil and preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Take a 16 oz. mason jar and use the mouth to press a circular indentation in the center of each slice.
  • Take the back of a spoon and press down inside the circle. This will create a "basket" for your egg to sit in.
  • Crack one egg in each bread.
  • Bake in the air fryer for 10-13 minutes.
  • Crack some ground pepper on top, if desired.
