1 quart mason jar
1 Spoon
1 reusable nut milk bag
1 container with pour spout
Ingredients

cup
ground coffee
4
cups
water
Instructions
Fill a mason jar to the 3 cup line with water.
Add 1 cup of ground coffee.
Stir to saturate all the grounds well.
Replace the lid and give it a good shake.
Place on the counter or in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
Place nut bag over a container with a pour spout like a large measuring glass.
Remove lid and pour coffee into container through the nutbag.
Squeeze excess liquid out of bag, throw away grounds.
Rinse out mason jar to remove any remaining grounds.
Return strained coffee to the mason jar.
Add additional cup of water to fill to up to the top of the mason jar.
Notes
Keep coffee in the refrigerator for up to a week, it is still usable but after a week it begins to turn bitter.
