Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar
  • Once all ingredients are well-combined, add and fold chocolate chips. If the batter is too sticky, add more confectioners' sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
  • Line a plate with parchment paper. Roll the batter into 15 1 1/2 inch spheres. Place carefully on the lined plate.
  • Refrigerate and chill for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle additional confectioners' sugar on top. Enjoy!
