Store-bought puff pastrydefrosted completely if purchased frozen
10-12cherry tomatoeseach one cut in half
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a paring knife or kitchen scissors, cut out your puff pastry into 1 - 1.5 inch squares. You will want about 20-24 squares.
Place each square on the lined cookie sheet.
Evenly sprinkle each square with shredded cheddar. Top off with one tomato half.
Bake for approximately 13 minutes or only puff pastry is golden around the edges.
