- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika as garnish
Peel the hard boiled eggs and chop them so that they are bite-sized
In a mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard and relish
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Add chopped boiled eggs and fold so that all of the eggs are coated with the homemade sauce
Serve and garnish with paprika
