Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana spotty is best
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Red Dragon fruit this is what gives it that amazing colour
  • 1/4 cup Spring water
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to the blender. Be careful not to overfill it.
  • Blend the ingredients until you reach the consistency you like.
