Use this easy George Foreman grill chicken recipe for your meal prep or just to make some chicken for dinner.
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2" thick
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat your electric grill for at least 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet to 1/2 thickness and lightly coat with olive oil.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper and place on grill. Close lid and let grill 3-6 minutes. Start to check for doneness after 3 minutes. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
Use salt and pepper to taste.
If you are doubling the recipe, store the cooked chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish and cover it with aluminum foil to keep it warm.
