This Waffle Recipe is easy and makes delicious crisp and golden on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside pancakes!

  • 3 Large Bowls
  • Waffle Maker
  • Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients: eggs, milk and oil. Set aside.
  • In a separate large bowl, sift together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Whisk until batter is smooth.
  • Follow your waffle iron's directions to prepare the waffles. Be sure to coat it with non-stick cooking spray to make sure the waffle batter doesn't stick.
  • If your waffle iron doesn't have specific instructions on cooking time, then cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
