Ingredients
2large eggsbeaten
1cupbrown sugarpacked
¼cupsugargranulated
½cupvegetable oil
½cupwhole milk
1 ½cupall-purpose flour
¾cuprolled oats
1tspbaking powder
½tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
2cupsmilk chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
In a large bowl, mix together eggs, both sugars, vegetable oil and milk.
Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly until all ingredients form a nice muffin batter.
Fold chocolate chips into the batter.
Fill each section of the muffin tin with batter - bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes, serve and enjoy.
