When you’re on the go, you can turn to this apple cinnamon chia pudding first thing in the morning.

- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 apple diced
- granola topping
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, honey and cinnamon.
Add chia seeds into milk mixture and stir.
Pour chia seed mixture into a food container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in individual cups/bowls and top off with diced apple and granola. I like to drizzle mine with additional honey, but this is optional.
