Easy Mexican Rice with Scallions and Lime

An Easy Side Dish  Or Tasty Lunch

Ingredients: 

– Grapeseed Oil – Long Grain Brown Rice – Scallions – Garlic Clove – Chicken Broth – Tomato Sauce – Lime Juice – Fresh Cilantro

Saute The Onions

This is what infuses the rice with so much flavor!

Brown the rice. This adds more flavors to the rice. 

Add the broth and cook until rice soaks it up.
