When you're looking for a quick homemade snack, these Date Energy Balls can be whipped-up in minutes. Plus, we love the fact that they're healthy and don't require any cooking/baking!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup nuts of your choice
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and start blending on low then increase to high until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl.
  • Use a cupcake scooper to scoop out each portion and roll into a tight ball.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
