Dutch Oven Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
For the Blueberry Mixture

frozen blueberries

vanilla extract

lemon juice

granulated sugar

all-purpose flour

tbsp
butter
melted
For the Cobbler Topping
1 ¾
cups
all-purpose flour
4
tsp
baking powder
¼
cup
granulated sugar + 2 tsp
divided
¼
cup
butter
softened
1
cup
milk
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
¼
tsp
nutmeg
Instructions
Lightly grease Dutch oven with butter. Add blackberries, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar and mix. Sprinkle with flour followed by the butter.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all cobbler topping ingredients (except for 2 tsp sugar cinnamon and nutmeg) and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Scoop topping onto the fruit mixture. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tsp sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle on top.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
