- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 jar your favorite spaghetti/penne or marinara sauce 24oz
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine lightly beaten egg and milk in a bowl.
Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then dip in in bowl with breadcrumbs. Then, place breaded chicken breasts in a 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken and add shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Check with an instant read thermometer. Temp will be 165 degrees F when done.
