Easy Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 jar your favorite spaghetti/penne or marinara sauce 24oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine lightly beaten egg and milk in a bowl.
  • Dip chicken in egg/milk mixture, then dip in in bowl with breadcrumbs. Then, place breaded chicken breasts in a 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and add shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Check with an instant read thermometer. Temp will be 165 degrees F when done.
