These tomato basil bruschetta bites are a lunchtime treat!
- 1 Baguette sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup Basil leaves chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/4 cup White Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the bagquette into 1-inch thick slices.
Chop up the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and basil.
Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Top the baguette pieces with the tomato basil mixture.
