2cupsall-purpose flour
1tspsalt
4tspbaking powder
2tbspgranulated sugar
¼cupcocoa powder
2largeeggs
1 ½cupshot milk
1/3cupbuttermelted
1tbspvinegar
1tspred gel food coloring

Instructions
In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and cocoa powder.
Once sifted, add the eggs and mix. Next, add the hot milk, butter and vinegar. Mix until a smooth batter has formed.
Add red gel food coloring to the waffle batter and mix until it is completely tinted.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray and cook waffles according to your machine’s directions. Serve with your preferred waffle toppings (whipped cream, chocolate chips, maple syrup, etc.) and enjoy!
