- 1/2 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 clove finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley or Arugula
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes until garlic is tender.
Add shrimp and salt and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley flakes and and serve.
