Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley or Arugula

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and saute for 3-5 minutes until garlic is tender.
  • Add shrimp and salt and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley flakes and and serve.
