Ingredients
1 1/2cupscreamy peanut butter
2/3cupcocoa powder
1 1/4cupconfectioners' sugar
1/2cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar
Once all ingredients are well-combined, add and fold chocolate chips. If the batter is too sticky, add more confectioners' sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
Line a plate with parchment paper. Roll the batter into 15 1 1/2 inch spheres. Place carefully on the lined plate.
Refrigerate and chill for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle additional confectioners' sugar on top. Enjoy!
