I have always been a fan of brownies. Ever since I was a little girl, brownies have been high on my “dessert preference list.”

The only thing is, as much as I love a good brownie recipe, they take so long to make! As a busy mom of two, sometimes I want a quick chocolate-y snack without having to break a sweat. This is where my No Bake Brownies come into play. Unlike traditional brownies where you have to melt chocolate and butter together, then mix in dry ingredients and finally bake, these little bites are whipped-up in just a few minutes.

How To Make No Bake Brownie Bites
If you’re looking for your next best no-bake recipe, then these Brownie Bites are totally it! The best part? They only require four ingredients to whip-up!

How Long Does It Take To Make These Brownie Bites?
The best news is that it only takes a few minutes to make these delicious brownie bites! Since you’re only working with four ingredients, it really doesn’t take long to whip-up. I do recommend letting them chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, but it’s not absolutely necessary.
Adjust Ingredients Where Needed
If you feel like your No Bake Brownie Bites batter is a little too sticky, feel free to add more confectioners’ sugar, one tablespoon at a time. If you feel like it’s too dry, then add peanut butter one tablespoon at a time.

Are There Any Ingredient Substitutions?
Yes! Feel free to use almond butter instead of peanut butter.
Also, the addition of chocolate chips are totally optional. Feel free to use different garnishes to make these No Bake Brownie Bites your own. You can add:
- Your favorite nuts
- Shredded cocounut
- Caramel chips
- White chocolate chips
- Sprinkles

How Do I Store These Brownie Bites?
Place all of the brownie bites in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days – and that’s if they last that long in your household! With my family, these sweet treats hardly last a day! Trust me when I say, they’re absolutely delicious!
