Golden brown, super crunchy and perfectly seasoned, this Spicy Potato Wedges recipe is perfect for the big game, a great snack for the kids, or with a big juicy steak or hamburger.
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Slice potatoes into wedges.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, ground cayenne and paprika.
Toss potato wedges in mixture to coat well.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Turn once after 20 minutes.
