Cooking with Essential Oils: 4 Great Oils to Include in Your Recipes

As each essential oil comes with its own benefits on our health, it’s no wonder many people use them on a daily basis to improve their wellbeing. However, even if you put aside these positive effects of essential oils, their wonderful smells and rich aromas are also something that can make them very alluring.

The second is that you should dilute the essential oil by adding a drop or two of it into a teaspoon of olive oil, coconut oil or some butter before adding them to your food.

Peppermint oil

It can be a welcome addition to any dish that contains meat and fish, including stews and poultry dishes, while it also works really well with all sorts of soups and marinades. Lemon oil

Not only does it smell incredibly fresh and has the power to make any meal a bit more exciting, but lemon oil is also very healthy.
