That’s when I knew it all had to stop: and I had to take matters into my own hands and start prepping an easy yet, delicious lunch. This is where my Past Salad with Italian Dressing comes into play!
How To Make Pasta Salad with Italian Dressing
If you’re looking for an easy meal to make, then this Pasta Salad with Italian Dressing is definitely it! Plus, it’s a great solution for meal prep and also makes an excellent side dish.

- Fusilli pasta
- Red bell pepper
- Pitted kalamata olives
- Cold cuts of your choice
- Feta cheese
- Italian dressing

I recommend eating this one is soon as possible as it does not freeze very well. Otherwise, it’s great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Want another easy shortcut? The best part about this pasta salad is that it does not require you to make any homemade sauces or dressings. Instead, you can just use your favorite Italian dressing. Easy peasy, right?!
The Sky’s the Limit With What Ingredients You Can Use
If there are some veggies that you’d like to add to this recipe, feel free to do so! There’s no hard rule on what vegetables to add into this salad, so use ingredients that you enjoy the most.
You Can Also Use Any Cold Cuts That You Like
Not a big fan of salami? No worries! Just like how we talked about using any veggies, feel free to use your favorite cold cuts for this easy pasta salad.
Pasta Salad With Italian Dressing
- 5 cups cooked fusilli pasta
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber
- 1/3 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 5-7 slices cold cuts of your choice cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Add cooked and slightly cooled down pasta into a large mixing bowl.
- Add cucumber, olives, red bell pepper, feta cheese and cold cuts. Mix.
- Add Italian dressing and mix to coat all of the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
