Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
- 9×13 Baking Dish
- 4 cups frozen hash brown
- 6 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 6-8 breakfast sausages
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add frozen hash brown to the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Dice the bell pepper. Cut the breakfast sausages to bite-size pieces.
- Add canola oil to a skillet and heat over medium. Brown sausages and cook chopped bell pepper.
- Add the browned meat and veggies as a layer into the breakfast casserole. Top off with shredded cheese.
- Cover the casserole dish with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Once the time is up, remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
