Easy Homemade Pancakes Recipe

Just a few simple ingredients goes into making your very own pancake batter.

Then all you need for fresh pancake batter is 1 cup of the dry mix, 1 egg and 1 cup of milk.

I love having fresh fruit with my pancakes. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas… the list goes on.

Easy Homemade Pancakes Recipe

  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Large bowl
  • Skillet
  • Large Spatula


Add These to Make Batter

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Dry Mix Ingredients


  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of dry mix, 1 cup milk, 1 egg and the vanilla. Whisk well for a minute or so until batter is nice and smooth.
  • Melt a pat of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in about 1/4 of a cup of the batter for a good standard sized pancake. Let cook until bubbles form on top of pancake then flip over with a large spatula. Cook on other side for about a minute or until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
