- 4 pieces boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons of prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat a 10-12 inch skillet over medium/high heat.
