When I’m not busy partying, I’m cooking for our family of four. On weekdays, I am ALL about shortcuts. For me, meal prepping are a great way to cut corners. This is how I came up with my Peanut Butter Overnight Oats.

Just last week, I made an amazing Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie. This smoothie is a drink we regularly sip on! I am all about making good use of the ingredients you already have in your pantry. Oats and peanut butter are must-have staples in our household, which is why I try to use them in as many ways as possible!

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats Tips

Be Sure To Use a Whisk

When mixing together all of the ingredients for these overnight oats, a whisk is your best choice to get all of the ingredients well-combined with one another. The consistency gets pretty thick, and a whisk will help get all those ingredients blended together.

Can I Use Other Types of Milk?

Absolutely! I opted for oat milk to match with the quick oats, but any plant-based milk would taste great for this recipe. Go ahead and try it with almond milk or soy milk! The sky’s the limit!

Are There Any Other Ingredient Alternatives?

You can replace the honey with maple syrup. If you decide you want to eliminate any form of sugar/sweetener for the oats, you can omit the honey completely.

What Can I Serve With This Peanut Butter Overnight Oats?

The best part about these oats is that they make for a pretty light breakfast, so you can pair it with other breakfast items like:

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Waffles
  • Pancakes
  • Crepes
  • Fruit bowl
