Ingredients

  • 1 package of baby carrots 16oz
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Place carrots in a medium sized pot and add water. Bring to boil then let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Drain any water that remains and add butter, honey and brown sugar to carrots. Mix well and heat on low for another 5-10 minutes until carrots are tender.

  1. You can also remove the honey and use pure maple syrup from Canada if you wish (best maple you can get), however maple has a more potent taste to honey, so only 1 tablespoon, 2 if you love maple syrup 🙂
