What Makes This Pork Dish So Delicious?
Because the pork loin steaks are marinated in a sauce for 2 hours (or more!), it soaks up all the flavors and ensures that it isn’t dry during the cooking process.
Adjust The Sweetness
This makes a very sweet pork chop. If you want to cut back on how sweet it tastes, I suggest cutting both the brown sugar and the honey in half or leaving out the brown sugar entirely.

Can I Make This Honey and Mustard Pork Loin Steak Recipe Ahead Of Time?
Absolutely! The pork prep can be done even the night before you plan to eat it. In fact, the 2-hour marination time is the minimum, and we recommend going as far as the day before so that the steaks can really soak in the marinade’s flavor!

Is pork loin steak and pork chops the same thing?
Yes, pork loin steak and pork chops are the same thing. You can use bone-in pork chops or boneless pork chops for this recipe.
Remember, the thicker your pork chops, the longer they will take to cook. Use thin pork chops for a quicker cooking time.

What is the safe cooking temperature of pork?
Pork should be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 145F. There will be a blush of pink in the middle. Let the pork rest for a few minutes after it cooks. That’s the secret to a juicy (and not dried out) pork chop!
What do you serve with honey mustard pork?
This is a very sweet recipe, so pair it with something salty or savory. Potato wedges are the perfect side dish because the flavors just enhance the pork in the best way. Homemade mashed potatoes or some fried green tomatoes are also wonderful options too!
